Charlton Brown เป็นวิทยาลัยระดับแนวหน้าของออสเตรเลียที่ค่าเรียนไม่แพง ที่นอกจากคอร์สเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ (General English course) แล้วยังมีคอร์ส Certificate และ Diploma ในสาขาต่างๆที่เน้นการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนานักเรียนเพื่อทำงานเป็นพนักงานดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ดูแลผู้พิการ ดูแลเด็ก หรืองานด้านสวัสดิการ โดยนักเรียนจะได้พัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำและทักษะวิชาชีพต่างๆ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการทำงานจริง โดยสถาบันมี 3 แคมปัสที่ Brisbane, Gold Coast และ Hobart โดยนักเรียนที่เรียนกับ Charlton Brown ยังสามารถนำคุณวุฒิที่ได้ไปเรียนต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้นได้อีกด้วย
